JDM 1996 Honda Integra Type-R
I'd buy it only at that 14.5k price, no higher. It's got fairly low miles and is in great shape. I didn't know their were so many honda haters here. That car, as well as any other type-r, is a collector's item.
i don't think that RHD would be an issue. as long as there is crash test data for the vehicle, and it has been converted to OBD-II along with adding catalysts... you should be all set. since the car is in PA apparently you shouldn't have any issues with the car being registered in the US--since it already is.

thank god I didn't make it to Tracy....
but did spend a good amount of time @ the adult school next to it.... ok back on the topic, as far as I know, if the car was LHD and converted to RHD, it SHOULDN'T be a problem but it definitely draws more attention from the pos.
I know a guy in maine who got a complete mugen'd out type r teg sent from japan. It ended up getting stolen a striped at the new england NOPI event. It was a real nice car. Id buy it just for the seats. best seats ive ever sat in. sounded awsome and pulled pretty nice with all the mugen goodies.
