Where are you taking it. I hope AMS or Buschur. Both great shops that stand behind their work. Like I said you have to much money into that car to go with a shop that has no real history with Evo's.

good luck

I wouldn't recommend Pruven Performance to my own Enemy just the worst customer service ever all that money i dropped there and i had to push my car out because it was in pieces after a year wait im left with a car that doesn't run , and my car is all scratched up all over, no consideration to customers cars.

It's being shipped out tomorrow to AMS to fix my Pruven F*** UP Great job Dan keep up the good work I hope you last.

Of what I recall, your said to have owned a shop. To this day I do not understand why you traveled from Florida to Milford, CT to have your car worked on. What is it again you do for a living?

Steve B.,

Your car had probelms. We helped you as much as we could in the time frames we had. Your car was not finished as I already stated and you took it anyway. Obviously by your video, it was not done, but you wanted it right then and there so you took it. That is your decision, not ours. I would like to post all your invoices online here. Please give me the permission publicly so we can get this over with. Then all who are interested can see the true story behind your car. It's obvious you are not a man of your word and I feel with all your false accusations that this is slander. You obviosly just cost yourself a ton more money and time to get the car out of my shop and it seems, just to spite me. Your car was practically done, just needed to tie up a few loose ends, but you didn't want to wait for and again thats your decision.

Any scratches that may have been done at our shop ( can't verify, as your car already had scratches on it), would have been taken care of if we would have finished the car. We paid to have your car detailed at no charge to you everytime you were supposed to come and pick it up. That was 4 times we had it detailed for you. You are failing to mention that I gave you $800 credit on your final invioce to take care of any of these scratches you seem to think happened at my shop. Either way there are no dents or chipped paint, so I don't see how you would need a body shop. Again, these are your own observations and how you are viewing things. Look at your own video.

Please let me post your invoices up here so the story of how much work went into your car, what you ended up paying for, and what you got can honestly come to light. You are acting like you gave us money for your car, you waited a long time, and got nothing. Your car must have been running and ready to go at least 4 - 5 times, but you decided to add more and more and more parts and labor. When you do that you add more and more and more time. Thats life.

Your video is biased, your actions are irrational, your insults are unbecoming, and your posts barely touch reality . From your slow payments (which by the way, also held up the job), your lack of knowledge of cars and mecahnics, to the constant changing of your mind, I'm glad this is over with. I do not want to get into a name calling match so I will end my opinions of you here. I just really can't wait to see how the car ends up and I wish the best to the lucky shop who is going to be dealing with you and your car. On a side note to the shop who takes on your project...... a project like this, get payments for parts first. Slow or no payments really slow down a project and I wouldn't want the same thing to happen to the new shop with this car. Also for the shop taking on this car, feel free to call us or e-mail us for any information you need about the car, the parts used, or our work. I really want to see this car done. Steve said it should be within a week from this past Wednesday when he took his car. Can't wait!

I am patiently waiting for your response to post those invoices. Steve I want to let you know I don't wish you any ill will. It's unfortunate we just didn't see eye to eye and I wish you luck with your project.

Dan

Steve,

You are quite the gentleman. Again, I wish you the best of luck. Do I have your permission to post the dated invoices. Should I persue anything further with this, I am not going to do anything illegal, like posting your invoices without your written permission.

As a business owner with no dog in this fight, I would say if you are going to publically take it to this shop, you probably should give them permission to post their invoices, so as they have an opportunity to defend themselves. From what I see, the video itself does not prove anything as to their negligence. No before pictures of the car. Obviously they were working on the car the day you showed up, hence any disassembled parts would be expected. You should see it with the drivetrain removed, and wires hanging everywhere, talk about a mess. Just be careful about making unprovable claims that could be deamed slanderous, and causing financial damage to a business or individual. You wouldn't want this to cost you more than it already has.

but one year....seriously...you could have replaced everything and started over and had it done in a few months...and that is if you were taking your time...

BUT...this isnt my problem and i know that Pruven makes solid cars...if they were in san diego, i would still take my car there...
