on stock block with 800whp isn't that pushing it a bit? i mean it'll run but for how long? i know the motor is as stout as they come from the factory, but 800whp sounds like a pretty good indication of the block needing some work

All I have to say is no traction. I have raced a few with a little of 500whp and beat them as a result of them losing traction. BTW I only have close to 400whp.
