Traded in my Evo for a Legacy GT

So I decided to sell my 2003 Evo for a new 2007 Legcy GT, here is my rational. I recently acquired an hour drive each way to work, so it is a little more tolerable in the Legacy. I was going to need new sycros, and a new clutch plate on the evo in the near future. I like the Legacy a lot, but one of these days I want to get another Evo and turn it into a track only car. The legacy is nice with the stock boost controller, this helps a ton on gas mileage with the long drives to work. I attached some pictures for everyone to see, let me know what you think. I am getting a Cobb tuning catback exhaust in about a week, and the full three inch down pipe will follow soon.

Personally I think their nice, definetly a bit better DD. I was looking at them when I was car shopping, but the raw power and performance of the Evo reeled me in regardless of how long the commute is for me, lol. IDK maybe it's cause I'm still young and have wanted to own an AWD 4g63 for years now

I must say I miss my Evo quite a bit, and I can't wait to get another one, when it fits back in the budget, I just bought my first house in December too. Thanks for the compliment on the car.

Thats funny all my friends say the say thing, this car will get full exhaust, Cobb access port, rims, springs and a few other small things that is it though this thing needs to last atleast 100,000 mi for me, which at the rate I drive that will only be about 3 years.

Nope just the GT it is only a 5 speed with out the navigation, and the color is black not the dark grey, it is kind of hard to tell with the lighting.

Can't blame ya for taking the easy way out. All things being equal, there's nothing quite like driving an Evo.

Good luck.

You upgraded your ride's safety rating, that's for sure, by switching to the Legacy GT.

My buddy also has one of these in the wagon with the 5 speed. He has been very happy with it. Just the exhause, dp, and cobb flash really did a lot for it. Still tapers on the top end but a nice torque surge down low. Nice all around car.
