my 91 eagle talon
i have a 91 eagle talon and im thinking of selling it.i want to know what you guys think i can get for it.it need a whole new engine.cheack it out and let me know what you think.ignore the old conn. plate,just wanted to see a plate on it.
mods list K&N intake
93 eclipse radio with ipod hockup
91 eclipse gsx seat(front and back)
headers back exhaust with meganracing muffler
stock black painted wheels
high heat painted valve cover with chrome letters
black painted timing belt cover
94 eclipse spark cover to match the letters on valve cover
black painted grille
i think thats it let me know what you think.
i havent worked on my talon until today and that was just taking the head off.
i went by haynes repair manuel,the person that did the work before me thought he knew what he was talking about,but by my guess it was just out of timming enough, so it wouldnt breack but the valve wreaked the engine.some valves did hit the block as well,and the head.if you have any more questions let me know.

i forgot to mention that i will included two other parts cars with no engines though,both parts cars are automatic transmission,but only tranns. in the cars.
ones a 94 eclipse that has the front smash with a sledge hammer(bought it like that).the other is a 91 eclipse.also have a couple of other afftermarkett parts in storage.ill post some picture of parts cars soon enough.

Not to hurt your feeling dude but a 91 Talon/Eclipse non turbo with a destroyed engine is better to sell it just for parts. Maybe $200-300.
Keep in mind even if the engine was good the car wouldn't be fast. This car can be purchase just for cosmethic parts. Anyone with a Turbo GSX can't even use half of the parts specially transmission parts.
Does that car even have independent suspension in the back? That was my opinion, sell it just for cosmethic parts and other accesories(battery, altenator,A/C compressor, headlights, door panels, etc By the way, I think the car looks clean and the exterior and exterior looks very good for parts..
