But I don't understand...you're getting rid of the car because you had a lot of money tied up in it for a near new 335i? That is still quite a bit of money tied up into cars at 25.
Oh sorry about that if I was unclear. I was originally going to keep both cars, but with home prices not slowing down down here on the Gulf due to Katrina, I decided it was wiser for me to let the Evo go to my buddy and sink the money I got from the Evo into some low risk funds for the next year or so until I buy my next house.

I could very well be making the same kinda post in a few months.

I have had my evo over 4 yrs now, and I think its time for somthing new. And the 335i is it! Great looking car! Im sure it was hard for you to let go, your evo is alot nicer than mine.

Check out e90 forum and bimmerfest if you havnt yet.

keep an eye out for that peskey fuel pump issue, some have been without their 335i's for months while they waiting to get fixxxed. That is why Im kinda waiting for the 2008's,,, and then again the 135's are coming at the end of the year also,, lolol. 300lbs lighter with the same twin turbo s54. hummmmm.

Let alone what Shiv is doing with the bimmer. OMG

I do feel your pain,, the evo is a hard car to get rid of,, mine has been pretty much trouble free.

Enjoy!

Yeah, I have been reading the bimmer forums for months now. I'm not worried about the fuel pump. If it happens, the dealership will just put me in a loaner until my car is repaired...and with the amount of driving I'm going to be doing soon, that'll be fine with me

I like the 135, but the front is just a little too funky for me. Should be a damn rocket though!
