This reminds me of an old Mad magazine I read ... one of the editorial cartoons featured a Ferrari SUV. One of the two guys looking at it said "I guess it was bound to happen."

/agree on the ugly comments. Porsche has the Cayenne ... let the people who need 4 doors and a Porsche stick with that. They should focus on improving the cars they already have on the market rather than trying to break in to a new one.

With this mentality, Porsche would have never made the Carrera GT, Boxster, Cayman, or Cayenne.... and would have probably gone out of business years ago.


Not a big fan of the car in its current guise, but it'll sell well and enable Porsche to keep making money-losers like the GT3.
