is there a huge weight difference between awd and rwd coupes

some one said 335xi would have a jump on the 335i but after 60 mph the 335i would pull away i really dont believe that at all unless there is a huge weight difference

Why wouldn't you belive it? does the drivetrain losses ring the bell? You wouldn't come here and deny that the AWD are slower than their counterparts (RWD) in acceleration from a roll right?

As far is the comment that you said about the XI jumping on the RWD and after 60mph the RWD pulling away has not been tested yet. We would have to see 2 335i coupes RWD and AWD comparing on acceleration, it hasn't happend yet so what you heard is noting but speculation, gossip and word of mouth untested events.

Just curious.. were did you heard that? the XI has not been released on coupe yet.

The new S4 should be out sometime next year after the introduction of the new platform for the A4. I thought the S4 was going to gain a tad bit more power over the current model, can't remember exactly but it should be quick and nice nonetheless.

Not interested in an AWD coupe in the slightest.

Dayum, 13.31@ 106.5 is a very impressive time^^^^^ I test drove an automatic 335i sport sedan a couple of months ago and freaking fell in love with those cars. I'm just trying to figure out a way of getting that car while keeping my Evo at the same time without going totally broke.

I stopped by a dealership and priced a 2008 awd coupe with options and even with a 25K downpayment, the monthly payment was still like $540 a month...and not even including insurance.

no thanks...i can wait.

Ah well I will let you guys work the bugs out of these cars. Probably will buy either the 335xi or the 328xi in 2 years or so. That will become the DD and then the Evo will be the weekend car.

Could spring for it now...but I'm going to buy a townhouse here first and maybe some land at home.
