I just think it's funny how dodge managed to get a four cyclinder to sound like a good old domestic, if an everyday person just walked by and heard that they would probably think it was an 8 cylinder.

I think its pretty cool!! I had this buddy in MD, with a civic, and I was trying to talk him into dropping in a complete s2000 drive train- ( I could just imagine the wows when you do a burnout - rear wheels just smoking like heck)

Poor civic.. and my god does that engine sound awful. The neon SRT motor sounds like a mix between my garbage disposal and the garbage trucks I hear going to the landfill by my house.

I saw a Civic a few years ago with an Acura Legend 3.2 drivetrain. It was pretty sick looking and a ton of work.

srt weighs just under3k a fully stripped hatch a little over 1500 so yea
