nah they wouldnt you can start out as a trainee but its hard to start as a trainee with out some automotive schooling but thats how i started as a noob with no tools and they put you to work with someone you use their tools and they teach you and you get paid salary when your a trainee. so once you know a little more the person your working with will be happy cause you make them money lol i made the master tech at acura 40 hours 1 saturday so he was happy lol.
just some advice dont get lazy just cause your on salary remember its training so if you learn to work faster then you will make more money when your on flat rate

Hes got a really good point. You may think he is full of it when he said the white uniform thing but I've had a couple teachers say the same damn thing, it's rediculous. The way I look at it, any "lower retail" company is better to work on for 3 reasons: 1) more on the road, 2) you get used to doing it, and 3)the tech to auto ratio is awesome.
