Building an exhaust for my RHD Del Sol

Hey guys!! Well parts are starting to trickle in... Getting some of the little things done I still have to order either another resonator or another muffler because this car is going to be loud if I leave it like this. Some of you guys have seen my car, most have not. Either way! hehe Heres a few pictures of finishing up some of my exhaust.

Heres the car its for

What's going in

Pipe getting 18" cut out of it for the Vibrant resonator

One side down. I wanted some room for the flange

Idea of what its going to look like

Some welding Tig for the win!

Its all about the penetration baby!!

One side done the other tacked

Exhaust on my kitchen floor awaiting some v-bands

Whatcha guys think? I have some v-bands coming for this just because it will be so much easier to take on and off.

And don't worry guys I did grind down the inside of the pipe where the weld got all sugared. Thats what you get without purging it I guess

Thanks for the compliment 08LancerEVO! Much appreciated. Honestly I never thought I would like a honda either

0E3vobutt3r I know I was very suprised myself about the bends. These hondas take a weird two 90 degree angle to get around the gas tank and stuff The other bend is just going over the rear controll arms and whatnot But yea thats about as straight is it gets

Your steering wheel is on the wrong side of the car!!!!

But no really, your front tire is messed up. Other than that, I've always liked the Del Sols. This green color looks cool
