1996 Single turbo supra. Fullrace T4, GT42R, and lots of other goodies.

Here is a couple pictures of the Supra when i did the T88H - GT42R swap. with the fullrace T4. Still deciding on a bore kit. The reason for the new turbo is to get the same HP, with better spool time. IT did 888rwhp at 28psi. on pump gas.

Also i forgot to mention the reason for me being here. I posted in the newbie section but, anyways. Im here to pick up a new DD, after driving a friends EVO i figured it would be perfect. Becuase i could still be fast but conserve and not be in a money pit like my two other cars. And not to mention AWD?

FYI, an Evo can become a money pit very quickly, so if you buy used make sure you buy one thats not been abused and make sure the drivetrain fluids (trans, tcase, rear diff) have been changed regularly. Good luck and welcome!

 

Mabye so. But not as huge of a money pit as the Supra i can tell you that. And selling the X5? Eh, i think ill keep it. Why not have 4 cars? Plus i love evo's i have always had a thing for them. They look so MEAN.

 

No video's of the supra yet. I haven't got the time to take it out to the track. I'm not about to speed on camera lol. The AE86 is supercharged. Nothing to crazy really. Its just somewhat a rare car and i don't like to drive either that much it would kill me if some ******* totaled either of them. And thanks for the heads up. I honestly don't plan on buying one with more then 15k - 20k miles on it. And i plan on keep it mostly stock.

 

well you've made a good choice in wanting an evo over the STI. Hope ya get an evo and then you'll have some of the best imports ever made

It now has a Origin bodykit on it. I haven't got pics of it yet since my camera just broke and i haven't got around to buying a new one.

 

I wouldn't mind a skyline.. now that i think about it. But eh. Its just like the supra but even worse. Smog... US laws a bunch of bull****. Unless i could pick up one of those R33's that at DOT approved.

4AGZE FTW!!! Thats sexy man! I was actually looking at picking one up for a DD during the summer/spring/fall and a little drifting action and just use the Evo for the winter. They want 6500 and its got a built 4AGE w/ ITB's and other bolt ons along with custom paint and a clean, straight body. Does that seem like a good deal to you? I haven't looked at them in so long.

 

Theres an R34 legalized by Motorex here in Reno for 80k .
