a buddy of mine has a 94 talon awd turbo and we were screwing around on the road and all of a suden his car died and started smoking. He coasted down a hil for about 1/2 a mile and then pulled over. now the shifter moves around but is still in gear and with the clutch in wont move. it still turns on. also all his coolant leaked out. what do u guys think he blew his trans or transfer case, or is it a small problem.

 

maybe a bushing popped off

 

Did he try to shift 3rd real hard?
