I'd say Evo, but I mean c'mon...we're on the Evo forums. We're pretty much all going to say that.

If you didn't notice, I think the Supra is in the lead as far as votes... I meant to make this a poll but I clicked too fast.

Maybe the appearence thing is uncalled for, but the dumb assed street race, roll comment was dumb. Especially considering Supras have NO problem racing from a dig, and second of all... street racing? Come on.

Yea $1200 in a supra can get you a solid 400+whp...but It will still be running the same times as a 310-330whp Evo which is just a TBE, Cams + Tune...Which will probably be around $1200-$1500....and besides what if you decide you want to take some turns/corners once in a while...haha...

..but it seems as you have made up your mind already seeing as how your defending the supra soo much and making it seem t3h awsome! So get the Supra!

Sure in the 1/4... but $1200 is $1200... from anything other than a dig it won't be the case however. Theres more to a car than just the 1/4 mile friend.

No really? If you read my post again..you will see that I wrote "what if you wanted to take turns/corners"... The only advantage I can see a supra having over an Evo is highway rolls..lol which is a joke.

Evo is newer, Handles better, AWD, More room (back seats), You will find one with alot less milage for the same price as a high milage supra, well to sum it up..an Evo will do everything a supra can but better...other than highway rolls...heh

..but like I said you obviously what a supra!

I like both cars but you are clearly EVO or bust. I think you are forgetting what makes a Supra special, maybe you should read up on what it did for performance vehicles. The mileage, I will yet again state that I can assure a Supra that has not been neglected will out do a low mileage EVO, even with 150,000 miles on the clock. The Supra was named one of the, if not THE most reliable high end sports car ever built. And believe me, the Supra can handle a corner if you want it to handle a Corner. I don't think you understand that it's more than numbers... or specs... or the fact that there are less around than most exotics.

I mean come on, an EVO can out do an E60 M5, Ferrari, Lotus Elise... Porsche 911/997 Turbos, M3's... etc but does that mean people would choose the EVO if they could afford these weak hearted, sloppy handling bastard of a child cars?

Theres more to it, an addictive exhaust note... wind of a summer day with the targa top off, power delivery, feel... look... some people just don't ever get it.

This is why ex-SRT-4 buddies slipped from being buddies to idiots. Sure I liked my SRT-4, and sure they are fast and can be made to handle extremely well, and do this and that but it's not the same. I don't think an EVO is a car you see in your drive way and it makes you go outside and have a gone in sixty seconds elanor kinda moment where you don't say a word and just glide your fingers up the paint. Real enthusiasts understand that.

And as far as your highway roll comment, I beg to differ... seriously lol.

As much as I love the look of the MkIV Supra and the sound of the 2JZ.. I'd have to go with the Evo.

Cheaper and easier to mod. Also, there's more Evo's than Supras..,Supra's get stolen.

2JZ-GTE Growling Vs. 4G63T...tough call.
