Thanks evoM!!
Thanks evoM!!
Thank you all for helping me for several years now learn and build my lancer. I had been trying to get into a different car for a while now and finally found one I really wanted and could afford. I have several people coming to look at the lancer in the next couple days so hopefully it will sell soon. I will definitely check in here every once in a while and am happy to answer questions via PM's about my lancers NA build.
I guess I better introduce my new car... I got it for $8,250
2000 mustang GT
80k on the body
15k on the motor, transmission, and suspension
Fully built motor (forged pistons, rods, built head, etc. etc.)
Patriot Stage 2 Heads
Crower Stage 2 high lift NA cams
Long Tubes, X pipe, Mac pro dumps
Spec Stage 2 Clutch and lightened flywheel
Coilovers
4.10 gears, aluminum driveshaft.
SCT power programmer
Nitto 275 DR's
and a bunch more
Made 280whp and 310ft lbs of torque on stock intake, TB, intake plenum, and a conservative tune. It could easily do 300whp and 330 ft lbs with those. The car is built for boost or spray but he decided he didn't want to spend the money. WAY down the road one of those might happen but not for a while

It's quick enough for me
. It should easily beat a stock evo/STi (not taking anything away from them because I love them). Z28's w/LS1 ftw but I would rather have the mustang looks, sound, interior, reliability etc.
