What are peoples thoughts on JDM engines.....
are they worth buying?
Im looking for a new engine for my stealth and was wondering if anyone knew of any good places to buy from?

known issues.....places to stay away from...etc

any help would be appriciated....

try a google search. i haven't really ever found any sites that are good....maybe google a place selling front clips too.

 

Jarco Inc. in GA. They have always done right by me. I bought my SR20 from them and it only had 20k on the engine and perfect compression. I didn't have to do one thing to that engine to keep it running cept change the oil. They also used to deliver engines to the Toyota dealership I worked at. If they don't have it email them and they'll work on getting it.

From my understanding after they pull the engines, any other info is lost. They usually have no idea how many miles are on it so they say app. 65k kilometers as a guesstimate.
