So, I went and drove the MR, very nice and I love the tranmission! After driving my 8 for four and a half years I was ready to get another car (BY the way when I purchased my evo new in late 03 it was $28,000.00, I sold it with 36,000 miles on it for $23,000.00!) so the Wife and I thought the MR was it. Well, it wasn't, it didn't have that same surgical instrument feel, so I bought a slightly used 911 Turbo (owned by my neighbor and hardly ever driven, it's like new). I'll still keep watching and waiting for mitsubishi to bring back the magic! Have fun!

yeah...I'm not too sure many of us on here are cross shopping the 911 with the MR-thats about as retarded as the 135i compo to the GSR-not the same buyers (and if they are, they dont know what it is they are buying/looking for).

you have to think about maint you know what it cost to maintain a porsche or a ferrari or any of those cars yeah you can buy a 95 355 challenge ferrari for 55 to 60k but then have to pay another 15k when you need a tune up.

 

The 911 is in a completely different league than the Evo X, it really is should be no going back.
