The article's lack of detail is frustrating. What car did he start with, or is it completely tube framed? How does it steer? Powerplant? Power?

i dont think its actually functional. i believe its only a frame. if u take a look @ some the pics and observe the vents and spaces u can see it has no bottom. very creative though. u got to give him props.
