AMC Gremlin, VW "Thing"

 

Funny, cuz a friend of mine voted for it for his favorite car of all time.

 

Not only were the Gremlins ugly...but they had a (slight)problem with BLOWING UP when rear ended!!

 

IWhen i was in Hong Kong i saw this ASian Guy in a PT cruiser that was half white and half neon green and riced out so i think that was.

 

Actually I meant to say the AMC Pacer..but the Gremlin is nothing special either.

DaTenshi... just to remind you they dun sell PT Cruisers in HK, the only american cars they sell there are a couple fords... anyways if anyone was THAT stupid enough to import a PT into HK, man, hands down i will fly there and give him a good healthy beating... and a "riced out" PT cruiser really aint helping the situation

 

It's funny...Jackson Racing will make a supercharger for the PT Cruiser, and I get a vague reply asking them about making one for the Lancer...eeesh!

 

I believe it was the Ford Pinto that blew up when rear ended. Either way they both sucked.

 

Didn't the Corvair also blow up if rear ended?
