hey guys we're in the process of trying to sell the wife's van (05 toyota sienna) for something alittle more youthful lol. were not even in our thirtys and we have 2kids. i feel that we can have something a little more sportier and still have enough room for our kids stuff and for long trips. my wife would like an Xterra which i dont mind it but i'm looking at fuel economy for everyday driving. i noticed that the 2007 outlander looks really good. the v6 is pretty responsive (based on reviews) but alot of people are complaining about the paint of their outlanders.

i would like to know if there is any one here with experience on the outlander. it looks like its fun to drive (based on reviews, it is) and it fits my critieria of price and fuel economy rated at 17/25 with a 16.5 gallon tank. compared to a 18/24 on a 20 gallon tank (sienna). and i find it pretty cool to have sliding back seats for more leg room.

any advice or experience please share.
