so i am itching to start a new project car and i would like to do another Evo, but then i got to thinking, what else could i do...

my question to you all is, can anyone think of a platform (not new) that is AWD and V8? throw out some suggestions!

 

i dont know of many awd v8s except really expensive porsches and audis.

but if u want a v8 go get a cobra.
if u want awd project go get an sti

Well I don't want to spend a lot and so far the only awd v8 platform, car wise, is rs4 and r8. Too rich for my blood. Porsche didn't make an awd v8. They are all flat 6s. Any other thoughts?

 

g35 with a 350 and a powerglide

 

actually yeah pick up a G35x and then an old VQ45DE engine. Bam. madness.

 

thats a big car, i'd rather do a swapped SC lexus but thats rwd.

can anyone think of AWD V8 powered cars?!

Only problem with those G35x's, is that you're going to be replacing most of the drivetrain components for anything over about 350whp. People have beefed them up though, and they are pretty awesome.
