Got a 2006 VW GLI DSG (twin clutch paddle shifting fun!) for my wife last year, it's been an awesome car for her (and me!).
Current mods on it: EPL chip, Neuspeed intake, ebay downpipe w/ cat delete, diy DSM bov, and tint. Probably doing rims, springs, and sway next spring.
She actually helps with the mods:
It's about as fast as a stock evo right now, but with a good bump in torque.
