And that's why you're selling it? Is that a good result? I'm not trying to be trite but I would think it would be a lot faster. Got any pics of the engine? Just curious I'm not interested in buying it.

You must remeber that mustangs do not have the same courteousy of getting up and out of the whole.

You put slicks or cheater slicks on that car, trust me it will move out a whole lot quicker.

But On the other hand, even with street tires, you should have run faster than that. First time draggin the car?

I had a 86 GT with a built 302 kenny bell s/c car only had 12,200 original miles on it.... the only mustang out of the 10 I wish I would have kept

Dude. I am totally aware that Mustangs are RWD. I'm also aware that it takes skill to launch a high powered RWD well. I'm also thinking if you have spent the money to build a stroker engine and have it supercharged you would also put slicks/drag radials on it before taking it to the track. And if you didn't, that you wouldn't be proud of a high 12's run. He hasn't given us any specifics of the timeslip or the power he's making, I was just curious about what he has to say and not speculate.

i dont not have slicks as of right now because this car is my DD and dont have the money right now to get a pair... i will post the slips up tomorrow... the car made 474 the last time it was dynoed.. it was the first time i ever ran the car on the track and only got a few runs in.

I absolutely hate mustangs but your car is nice. I think you're on the right track by moving to an Evo.

It also depends on the track. and not everyone want's to buy an extra set of tires, that they have to take w/ them to the track.
High 12's is decent, and if you look at the car, it doesn't look like a high 12 car.
