You can seriously get one for low monthly payment in California believe it of not.

I don't know how they do it but they do it.

They're "substantially similar" to a '96 240SX and you can get NHTSA waivers. Pass emissions, and you're in.

I looked a few years back and most people wanted $30k+ for them.
