Loooks sik! Congrats man, I just started working on a 1g project myself, now I got the motivation to finish it!

How are you still runing the stock coil pack on that? I thought youd need a COP system with that setup.

Nope, no coil on plug... Just a really good ignition amplifier and some good old gapped NGK's... BR8ES I believe im running at the moment, gapped at .022...

I was tossing around the idea of a COP... just havent had the issue of blowing out spark yet to where I would need one... But when I start really upping the boost, im sure Im going to need one! LOL

Dude, you have a fraud dispute going on with Paypal and I refunded the money 2 days ago... Maybe if you weren't doing something illegal like fraud, they would of given you back your money by now! No quit being an immature dick and stay out of my threads!

By the way, to THIS DAY, not 1 person has had an issue with me in a transaction... Not only on EvoM, but DSMTalk, nyccdsm, B20vtec, nasioc, hell I even sold stuff on SVTPerformance, Supraforums, hondatech, turbomustang, and DSMTuners. Also Craigslist and Ebay.

How about you get intouch with Paypal and get to the bottom of the fraud charges that are brought up against you, before you going on trashing every thread I make and post in... Ok? K Thnx Bye!

Sweet GSX. I miss my GST. It is very tastefully modded. I wouldn't have compared either car. Both are different cars. Technically its the same but its really not. I would get another GST or GSX but i need a 4 door. Put up some more pictures when you can. I am extremely impressed with how clean the car is. Hopefully you can avoid all the dings that i couldn't. For some odd reason when i had the car, no matter how far i parked people would park right next to me and ding my doors or put scratches on the back bumper.

Love your car.... great looking beast in black and for sure the setup to back it up.

I was reading a few posts back that your tried your car at the track and shave 3 seconds off the evo time.
I for myself have a nice 2GB DSM and always wanted and still want an evo.
Do you think a DSM would come close to an evo in the HANDLING department with like you said a lot more chassis stiffness and a lot better suspension component?

Can I make my 2GB handle as good as an EVO or I'm dreaming?

Were seeing a lot of EVo winning in Time Attack, never saw a DSM do that good (Andrew Brilliant the only exception, 2G GST Eclipse)

I love your car. I am keeping an eye out for a black 2G GSX with low mileage that is nice and clean.

Personally I think both DSM and Evo are bad-*** looking cars. However I think the sleeker styling of the DSM is more timeless.

As far as the question about making a 2g competitive in time-attack, it really comes down to how much money you have to spend. I think the Evo is more ready to go out of the box (brakes, chassis, cooling) and there is more aftermarket support as far as road racing goes since it came out at a time when time attack and modding imports were more main-stream.

I personally think the DSM community is the most solid in the car world. Everyone knows their **** 'cause they do their own work and people don't talk **** on each other b/c its a small community (unlike honda/nissan). DSMers= mutual respect

For a while it seemed like a lot of Evo owners were just rich guys who paid shops to build their cars. Now it seems like that's more along the lines of the Evo X while VIII and IX owners are becoming a similar crowd to the DSMers.

Either way the 4g63t is the easiest/cheapest motor to make big power on reliably IMHO
