2010 Ford Taurus SHO I love it....
I like the car but Kelsey is a complete tool.
I'd like to see the SHO running E-85 and the numbers it would make then. I bet it would be a beast.
Not a bad car from Ford, glad to see the US auto industry actually building something I would consider buying in a few years.

What's great about the new Eco-Boost motor, it's going to be in the Flex, Edge and upcoming Explorer models. Perhaps an aftermarket to follow.
Glad to see Ford is moving in the right direction with fresh models / power-trains and they did not require any of our money.
Back on topic, most of the magazine reviews have the SHO in the 13.xx second 1/4 mile barrier.

For that much weight I'd get my SuperDuty back as the aftermaket community is deep (yes, I realize it is heavier, but it also has more power stock and way more twist stock). Nothing like surprising the crap out of people (especially ricers) with a big ol' truck.
*edit - of course the cummins has more potential (at least when I had my SD) but I always liked the Ford styling better.

I'm just not sure the world is ready for that expensive of a Taurus, no matter how nice it is. I am interested in seeing if the tuner market embraces the engine. But I truly believe its going to have to show up in something else more "young" first.
Anything is possible.
Some of the good ole boys around here call them "Powerjokes" and swap Cummins into their Super Duties. Still, there are a few modded ones around of all three (Powerstroke, Cummins, Duramax) that are pretty sick.

RACE GAS and a tune? I am willing to bet otherwise if you put race gas and tuned a TT SHO.
1. There has been some talk of Ford putting this TT V-6 motor in the Mustang.
2. The SHO does not need AWD.
3. Why do so many 'Merican cars - even performance cars, like the SHO - come from the factory all jacked up like some WRC wannbee?

I think this SHO would actually look much better with a big drop and some smaller wheels.
