V8 Twin turbo Supra $3x
looks great, and 2 thumbs up for the effort, but why start with the 2uzfe ?? not exactly a rev-happy engine, and, one designed for high-torque truck applications... i would imagine the 3uzfe would have been better suited here, no ?

.
Probably went for the block with the most displacement capability. Rev performance on the stock engine doesn't really matter, since this one is completely rebuilt with much nicer components. I'm sure it has no issue revving high for a V8 now. Or he might've been after an iron block for increased strength.

sissy!
pretty well know car in the supra world. At least I have seen this time and time again. It is simply amazing. OP needs to post how this car started out in the project. IIRC this was pretty much a junk yard special as far as rolling bodies go. It blows me away just trying to imagine the hours that had to have been put into this car.
