Yeah I'm a member on all and figured I'd get my best answer here. Everyone else would say what ever brand they are loyal to.

I'm kinda leaning to the E55 but the wife doesn't like it and the Merc with the SC I am thinking it might cost more to maintain. She likes the A5 the best and I've always been a fan of the M5. So I dunno.

E55 with some sexy dark color wheels. Are the colors true to your pictures? Or what color are you looking for?

I perfer the look of the Audi over the BMW. The Benz is just too ugly.

Go test drive all three. I'm sure you'll pick the E55. I did.

for $45K, you should get E55Amg or maybe even E65Amg with little more miles.

I don't even know how you can compare the A5 to the M5 and E55. Ironic how they're all 5.

2 of them are sedans with over 500 hp, and the other is just a cool looking car.

I say any of the other 2 beside the Audi.

Performance orientated... E55 then M5. I'd probably pick the M5 since I'm not a fan of the E55 styling.

If space is not the biggest concern I'd go A5. Newer, less miles, better on gas, and looks better.

Doesn't seem to me like he's looking for a car to tune, so much as he's looking for a car to drive with his Family. I would go for the Audi in that instance. Wife already expressed displeasure with the E55. The M5 isn't fulfilling what you're wanting, in the sense that you want this car to DRIVE around in. Well horrible mpg, will spend more money.

M5 all the way. Great looks and performance. Have you thought about the rs6 though?
