By all means, anyone who says that "you guys know you woulod have done it" is a ****ing ignorant douche bag. You have no sense of decency or respect for your fellow driver on the road. You know what, my father was once that guy going 55 MPH on the road, on the way to the hospital because he knew the ambulance wouldn't make it in time and no one was at the house. You don't know the god damned mother ****ing circumstances. Who the **** are you to speed past someone because they are going a little under the speed limit. Any of you who talk about speeding past someone for not going "fast enough" for you, is basically not worthy of having a drivers license, and quite frankly I hope one day your car is impounded. As for POS in the OP's post, he deserved it and he reacted just like all of you other horrible drivers. When faced with the harsh reality of the consequences he broke down and cried, and who became the real *****, he did.
I work by the city police station and I have many officers coming in to eat lunch. I would not call them "pigs."
They are there to fight and protect the communities where you live. Sure, there are few "outlaws" there but without the police officers our lives would be a tab bit more difficult to live...

okay let me start by saying that the kid in the story deserved what he got for bring ignorant.
Let me also say that I speed (not always but not never either), I once in a while will pass someone that is going slow, but I believe I am far less dangerous than most of the people on the road. I am extremely focused on the road.
I have been cut off, tail gated, found people driving slow in the passing lane because they are on their cell phone. Why should my life be endangered because they lack focus and what, had a call that couldnt wait
.
I see accidents a couple of times a week because people cant merge on the on the highway make the traffic on the highway slow/stop and people cant stop in time.
So persicute the speeders if you want and yes street racing is BS and should never happen but majority of acciedents are caused by distracted drivers but you never hear people giving them tickets or acting like they are horrible human beings.

Its all **** the pigs until your getting your *** handed to you by a 6'8" 300lbs dude then you call us to save your ***.Usually people that have gripes with police over tickets is because they are angry they were caught.Man up and pay up.

I hate it when some punk kid tries to get me to race on the street. When you don't do it same situation as OP, they call you *****, etc. Then on the rare occassion you can line up with them at the dragstrip and split their *** wide open is classic. I've done it twice and it made it all worthwhile. Then they don't want to line up with you and avoid looking over at you when you are driving on the road.
Just like you said, if you want to do dumb stuff you have to be willing to accept the consequences.
