I have a 95 GSX with 94000 original miles for $4500. It also has a brand new Sheperd racing Stage III transmission and a brand new ACT 2900 clutch, plus I am leaving the 3" exhaust, the FPII cams, air filter and Koni adjustable suspension.

As far is the FWD and the AWD,, you will find the FWD at least $2000 cheaper, this car is the treu definition of demand, FWD =no demand, AWD everyone wants it specially with the rear LSD(mine has also the rear factory LSD). Good luck!

I agree, to most people FWD is not desirable. But look at all the civic people. They live off FWD and I assume there's a lot of those people out there who would pay more to have an unmolested one thats basically in perfect condition. You have to admit its damn hard to find any 2g eclipse thats basically stock and low miles.

someone finallly! THANK YOU! haha. I can post some pics up of it. I've been working on it everyday. Someone took it apart and its been sitting for 3 years. Its my job to put it back together. Right now just getting new tires put on and getting the rotors turned. Should be running in a week or so. Just a few dents that can be easily taken out. Other than that, it's perfect.

I just sold a 98 gst with 77k miles. 16g, 780s, etc, etc. $5,000. You should be able to get at least 7.5 or 8. However it being a 99 maybe 9k .

I'd take a GS-T over a GSX just because then I could be a little harder on the car and not worry about breaking crap. Ya FWD sux but it would still be a fun car.

you could definatly get anywhere from the 6-9 range for it theres only 36k on it even still being a gs-t and its a 5spd a lot of low mileage dsms are auto and gs rs lol if it was awd you'd get a few grand more for it but to the right person I'd say 6-9 post it on dsmtuners

No way, in my experience, a gsx could handle more power. My gs-t didn't last long and i didn;t even beat on it

once again you must not know much about dsms..................................
do you understand how hard it is to find a dsm with that low of milage.....

oh ok so what about a 63 vette how much do they go for and they are 47 years old..
my point with that comment is there are alot of die hard dsmers out there and this would be considered a great find aka collectible.. a 99 gst with 36 ORIGINAL MILES should easily fetch 8-11k..

a 98 gsx with 5k original miles just sold for 17k....

the economy doesnt mean anything.. im driving a evo and a 1g and you have a range and an is250 and an evo.. people have money.. not everyone is in a slump!

like i said you dont know what your talking about

glws man dont u dare take anything lower than 7500

Thanks. I feel like it'll be pretty easy to get that much. Its almost done. Got new tires, about to paint the calipers. All thats left is flushing the cooling system, and a good washing. It'll be up for sale soon after that. Should be up on here within the next 2 weeks.

ONE WORD.............

CRANKWALK...........

that will be the determining factor on how much you can actually get. unmolested or not. these 7 bolt engines had a known failure because of a flaw in the oiling system.... how about ticking lifters??? another issue with these 4g63 engines.

the FWD versions are not very desirable as stated earlier, however, to some they are a fun car. i had one myself with several upgraded parts. HKS turbo upgrade t-28, exhaust, DP, SAFC, injectors, coilovers, and the list goes on.

so to answer your first question, it will be up to the buyer to feel that he/she got a good deal on that car. my suggestion, shoot for the sky. advertise higher than the KBB and explain why you think it is valued as such and work your way down on price. you cant convince someone to pay more once you SET the price. example ---if you want 6000 for the car, then advertise for that. then tell the potential buyer at the time of sale that you would be willing to knock off a few dollars if you bought it today. another example-you advertise the car for 5000 but really wanted to get 6000, too late. you already set the price at 5000 and it would be hard to convince someone to pay more than the advertised price.

good luck.

^it depends on the owner, I know people with dsm's that have lasted around 150k miles and still no crankwalk
