I love these cars. Other than having no use for one, I keep wanting to buy one. They were a pretty radical design (love-it-or-hate-it along the lines of the Bangle butt BMWs) and fairly expensive in their day; unfortunately the heavy weight (3700?) and lack of a manual transmission pretty much doomed the car.

OP: Other than the wheels choices, great looking car...

 

thanks west yes they were very heavy and only came in auto, but they are now doing sti 6 speed swaps

i have owned 2 svx a silver one and the one i just sold

 

A friend of mine had one with a 5MT swapped in, I don't remember what car it was sourced from. Probably an older WRX/2.5RS. The 6MT from the STi sounds like a good option.

 

That car is a sweet ride!!! Ive honestly never seem one...

 

guy where i go to school has one.. such a shame it gets parked outside 24/7 in the hot texas sun with no covering..
