b16 tranny question/91 civic hatch

just got done my swap(b16a head,b18c1 block) in my 91 civic hatch. was having this problem before i did swap with orginal motor(b16a) in car. cant think of what it is at all. when i shift into netural it is like my car slows down too fast. feels like something is holdin it back or catching. unsure what this could be. just replaced brakes and rotors. transmission is on a b series for honda. in my evo or in my old srt4 when i shift into netural you keep going so i know i am not crazy. any help is good and thanks in advanced
