It's a civic and i would never own one no matter the price nor how custom it may be!
It doesn't work to simply take a price of a car in the UK, apply the exchange rate, then know its value in dollars. A car valued at 40,000 pounds over there could sell for $32,000 here.

It's almost exactly like VTEC: Turbo lag without the sex. Mugen is just a performance part with a huge price tag without the power or performance.
This is one reason I left the Honda community...Mugen and Spoon everywhere, FWD, no torque, etc, etc.
