My friend's 06 type-s' pedal is going to the floor whenever the car is decelerating. You then have to manually pull the pedal back up. It shifts normally and the pedal will come back up if accelerating but when you try to put it in neutral to coast to a stop is when the pedal goes to the floor and stays there. Also, you cannot put it in gear from neutral if the pedal is already down by itself. The car is 100% stock and no there is no more warranty.
