Scouting the opponent - hondas

hey guys, anybody knows a good honda site with mods with corresponding time?

basically want to know what mod it takes for a civic to hit 14,13,12 and 11.

Specially interested in 13 below mods for civics, specially 12.5-12.

lol

honda-tech.com

More than a handful of 10 second street driven cars.
One 9 second street driven car.
A few single digit drag cars.

But of course, don't expect much from a FWD car without slicks.

The record for Street Tires (Drag Radials) is 11.6 so far. There have been a few lower than that, but they were never backed up.

thanks dude. Very big help. Time to rake in the money ...hehehe

Anyway, you think that an all motor civic will have to go all out just to hit 12.5s and below?

Nah. Mid 12's are pretty easily attainable NA. A mild build up in a light car should be enough. And slicked up of course.
My friend in a gutted 92 Hatchback, with a practicaly bone stock B18C5 (type R motor) was able to pull in high 12's with slicks.

But on street tires, god no. Only a retard would take his NA honda against a 12 second AWD car, street tire to street tire.

Although I have done it many times, but my car is definitely not all motor.

tofurky: thanks.

Yeah, its a street car vs street car battle. I assume your definition of slick tires are pro - 'really fat slicks'

best tires they use are drag ,street, semi-slicks potenzas.

so, how fast do you think is the fastest lightly-stripped, n/a, fully modded hatch or sedan would go, on street setup?

Most of these cars are still daily drivers ...
