Help installing new bulbs

Whilst putting new side light bulb in the Galant VR4 I blew the main bulb, so after losing the bulb took other side out to get same, when i put them both back in the beams are all over the place on both bulbs, I made sure I put them back in same position as before.
Any help appreciated

Look in your owners manual on how to aim your headlights.. I remember seeing how in my lancer's manual, so some instructions should be in yours.. Good luck

here's some links that might help.. they're not dealing with a Galant, but you should get the idea of how to aim your lights. (if you cant find it in your owners manual)

oops

Ok.. my bad.. the manual doesn't tell you how to aim, all it says is something about the alignment should be checked by an authorized dealer.. that's no fun.
