It is not unheard of to swap in a 4g63/4 motor. That would be a beast! As far as I know, this is the only RWD application of the 4g63 (came stock...somewhere). I am shocked that they aren't more popular, but they just don't appear to be. Either way, I have always liked that car.

Now you do.

I am on most local forums (at least the ones that pertain to Mitsubishi/Orlando). I even tried to make it back for Boost for ***** at Procco's.

Engine swap is about the only option for a StarQuest. From what I've heard their stock engine isn't very good. However, a 4G63 + RWD Mitsu trans from a Mighty Max truck and you've got a fun car.

Definitely. I think that I have some Magic tickets coming my way. I will PM you at some point.

Meanwhile, in Kissimmee: http://www.orlandoforums.com/forum/s...d.php?t=151229 (If that isn't the most ridiculous thread you have seen in a while, I will be shocked.)

They are very popular in Puerto Rico. I have never seen a "good condition" stock motor, so I think that you are right about having to swap it essentially from the get-go. However, there are some MONSTER Starions out there. Like I said before, I will never understand why they aren't more popular.
