CRZ with gas engine coming!

Just caught this article:

http://www.autoweek.com/article/2010...NEWS/101209928

Sounds like Honda-heads will have some new stuff to play around with that doesn't involve engine swaps!

Its about time, the hybrid version let me down when i heard of the cr-z coming to market. They even mentioned something about fored induction which really makes me excited. Along with a type-r version with around 200hp in this small car will be insane.

I guess i'll have to wait to see what actually comes to market but it sounds like honda is starting to listen to its fans. I'm not saying this car will replace my current CRX but it sounds like it might actually do the name sake some justice after all these years. I always wished that Honda would bring back the CRX and be available in a boosted 6sp, i'm crossing my fingers.

Nice, although I hope they decide to add back seats, I'm only 5'6" so I don't take up much room in the drivers seat. I mean the roof line on the back is way better than the Audi TT :P. OT but I really would like to see a NSX successor, honda is missing out ever since toyota released their LF-A, nissans GT-R and (sadly) mazdas RX-8.

Now if they can just get the chassis sorted out and the right motor in there...talk about bringing back a classic (CRX). I'd buy one for sure.

Yeah if they drop the K20Z3 from the Si in there, which seems the most logical, im sure it would be a fun car. I buy one too!

Agreed, I really like that it only has two seats and leaves more room in the hatch. Just needs to drop the hybrid crap.
