yep i got rear ended. still hurting kinda bad. going to physical therapy 3 times a week and still on lots of meds. slowly getting better.
as far as the car, look towards the beginning of the thread there are some pics of what happened. I got hit by a full size van going around 35-40 while i was completely stopped. They are rebuilding the back end of the car. I should have it back in a couple of weeks, they have already had it for 3 weeks. I don't know if I will be keeping it, just depends on how things go after I get it back

the resale will suck on it though now that it's had the back end reconstructed so drastically....

yeah resale is crappy right now anyways b.c you can get a new one for around 15k b.c of rebates and crap bc of the 3's coming out. So I might just go after the deminished value thing with the insurance company and put that money towards mods or something if the car isn't to bad. who knows.
