2004 BMW Z4 Help 4 Dad
Hi EvoM Team,
My dad just retired and is looking for a nice 2 person convertible. He just found what seems to be a good deal on a 2004 BMW Z4, 2.5 Automatic. It has 52K and the buyer made him an offer of 7K. The guy went off to his hometown in the UK and did not want to take it with him due to it being US Spec (right hand drive).
I have read some reviews and for the most part they have all been positive. Anything my dad should be looking for? I would appreciate feedback from anyone who has owned one. Specifically these first gen Z4s.
Thanks team.

i would just do some research online about that model (edmunds.com, yahoo, etc) and take it to a certified mechanic. San Juan should have a BMW dealership. other than that not much more you can do.
