Have a serious question and don't need any BS
I've seen a DSM motor with supra drivetrain once, in a 240 lol. not sure how that worked or if it ever ran but I saw it all mounted together lol.
people have difficulty getting 02 housings and exhausts to clear properly that was made for the evo let alone swap it into an sti. It'd be a ludicrous amount of fabrication and time money. It's not a smart move

And for the record the 2JZ out of a JDM aristo has got to be the MOST whored motor ever. Its become the defacto swap for the 240 crowd. 350Z's (In Atlanta) are starting to get in on the act and I met someone here that had a 2J swapped into his 5 series in Jersey and lives in Atlanta.
Point is anything is possible with money and time. How much of either do you want to burn just to be "different".

haters gonna hate, another reason i got rid of my evo's were to get rid of all the d-bags. if you have no input towards the subject then keep your opinions towards yourself
Damn, I thought I had input... my input is that anybody asking about this here is an idiot and can't afford it anyway. The handful of people I can think of that would be able to successfully pull this kind of swap off just for giggles would do so without asking in "Evo General". For the cost of a base 4g63 swap into an STi you could easily have a completely built Cosworth EJ257 longblock. You know, a motor that actually fits?
