so i got a letter from mitsu, in the mail. it said if i test drove the new galant, the would give me some ****ty cd and a $25 american express gift card. so bieng the cheap skate i am, i had to get the easy money. i must say the galant really sucks. very dissapointed. i drove the top end model, with the 3.8l v6.

pros: the v6 was oviously quicker than our 4 banger. they are all auto's but they do come with a tiptronic gear box (or at least the model i drove did).

cons: it's ugly as sin. the interior looks like it was designed at nasa. the stock cd player is not removable (they are buttons on the same plate as a/c controls. there is a slot in the panel where you insert cd's).

overall i give the new galant 1.5 out of 10.
