A guy name Alan Wilzig built his own personal racetrack, complete with banking for $7.5 million dollars. While the rest of us dream of modding our Evo's, this guy not only has a huge stash of cars, but his own racetrack to boot. Must be nice.

This guy knows how to have a front yard and I would take his front yard over pretty much anyone back hard I have ever seen
Great find and I am so jealous of this man
Thanks,
Dallin

I dream of doing this if I am ever a multi-millionaire. I want to build a racetrack for myself that can also do a 1/2 mile track and enough space to an autocross too. Then I could host mixed events when I want to. I'd probably find something between Tampa and Orlando to do it since I am from Florida. I would still live it the city, but would be sweat to be able to drive 30-45 minutes to my own personal playground. It's cool to see someone do it in real life.

I wonder if it would be cheaper to just rent out an existing track for a whole day just for yourself instead of dropping $7.5m?
I'm sure you could rent the nürburgring for far less.

^ But, think how nice it would be to get up on Saturday morning, take one of your race/street cars and do some laps, come back and have breakfast and then do it again. Or, when you have a tough day at the office, just open up the garage and drive onto the track and let her rip. No cops, no traffic, just pure track fun. Yeah, I would do it too if I had that kind of money.
he can use his track on any given day, set the rules, bring anyone he wants, and use it in any condition. Dry, rain, snow, etc. You def dont get that luxury if you rent a track.
Sounds familiar. I am pretty sure almost every husband ends up in the doghouse. A man needs a refuge, a place away from an angry wife. This to me would be the ticket. Go out, do some hot laps, then come back to the house, listen to your wife nag, but while she is doing that, you are mentally revisiting the laps you just took, all the while saying, "Yes, Dear".
DOH! Now I have one more thing to add my dream home! And somehow I'll have to decide whether I want put it next to my fishing pond or around it... decisions, decisions!!
