I know this doesn't really pertain to this forum but I need some help. I'm towing my Evo (on a flat bed) w/ a 2006 Toyota Sequoia 2wd. I've never towed before so I'm looking for info/input/2cents etc for anything special I should do or know before getting on the road tomorrow morning. Tow rate(?) of Sequoia is 5500lbs….

 

What are you towing on? 2 axle trailer? Straps?

What tires are on the Sequioa? Are they load rated?

 

dual axle, and yes it has straps to hold car down. The tires are bridgestone all terrain, I'd have to check for any load rating

 

I was looking more for don't drive w/ over drive on going through mountains etc….things to do/not do

 

Sound like SUV (not RLT) tires. Be careful on overloading.

Electric brakes on trailer?
