Gen 2 Dodge Viper Twin Turbo Build

Figured I would toss some information and pics out on one of my latest projects! Unfortunately I started the build and then tore the rotator cuff in my shoulder so had to take this to a shop to finish. It is now at ARD Motorsports in Georgia getting done.

The Kit:

RSI Street Series Twin Turbo System for Dodge Viper Gen 2 (1996-2002)

Capable of 800+ RWHP on a stock 96-99 engine and 1100+ RWHP on a built engine with race gas.

Precision 6766 CEA - Journal Bearing Turbos - Upgraded from the 6266 so should get me some extra hp later
304 Stainless Up Pipes
3” 304 Stainless Downpipes
Silicone Turbo to Intercooler Pipe
Front Mount Intercooler
Aluminum Intake Pipes
304 Stainless Dump tubes
Tial Q Blow off Valves
Precision 46mm Wastegates
Oil line kit with fittings and Turbowerx Scavenge pump
All Necessary Black Silicone Couplers and Clamps
Turbo Mount K&N Filters
All Pipes come standard with Black Ceramic (Hotside) and Black Textured Powercoat (Cool Side)

Stage 2 Fuel System
- Billet Triple Pump Hanger
- Twin Walbro 255s
- Stage 2 Line Kit
- Billet Fuel Rails
- 80ib Street Series Injectors

Tuning: AEM EMS

Pictures I have so far:

Made it to ATL!

Dude let me tell you, I am in love with this car. It is just raw power! The twin turbo kit will be awesome and the stock forged motor can handle tons of power.

I've sort of been torn between a GTS and an Exige for my next car. Two totally different beasts, however I haven't driven the Viper yet, so that may sway me.

Damn, looks quite awesome. Those motors really aren't much to write home about in stock form considering the sheer size and configuration, but all that displacement coupled with twin 67s is definitely doing it right.

In stock form no your right, they are way restricted. When a head and cam adds over 100+ rwhp you know there is room to grow lol.

Still... It's not like those things are in any kind of desperate need for more power

I spun one at Skip Barber 3 separate times, all 3rd gear corner exits

He does a lot of racing though I just like to cruise around
