EnglishRacing tuned STI
So its not widely advertised that we also do Subaru Performance but having owned 3 prior to my Evo its something that I still like to see around the shop. Matt Kincaid has been a good friend and competitor for the last several years. We have watched his 2002 WRX go from low 11s on a 35R to 9.40s on an off the shelf 4094 TS.
He decided to cut ties with his last sponsor and come over to the Darkside.
We wanted to do things a little differently than how the car had been and have made a good start on changing it to something that is more our style.
Parts that were more or less there to start with-
Outfront Closed-Deck Block
All Manley internals stock compression
Fuel Injector Clinic 2150s
Cosworth CNC heads
Cosworth Intake manifold
Garrett 4094 in a 1.06 housing
Dual 044 fuel pumps
E98
Autronic SM4
We brought a few more things to the plate-
Forced Performance HTA4094 upgrade in a larger TS housing
ETS short runner/forward facing twin scroll kit and FMIC
GSC Power Division S3 camshafts (non AVCS)
Competition Clutch twin disc clutch
Yesterday was the big day and second pull out of the box was pretty impressive-

751/577 at 32psi of boost (wastegate line) chopping the throttle at 8k for the dyno session. Car spins to 9k at the track and the few subsequent pulls we did out to 8500 show the power building nice with no drop off.
Video and track results to come

Great job on the tune! 750whp is no joke for a break in tune! I'm glad we could be part of this build. Few more shots.
