My first mod is on order, supposed to be made this week and shipping next. They claim (w/dyno results) +18whp/+22wtq!
Not that the car needs it at all...just got too good of a deal to pass up

UH OH!!! I couldn't resist! AFE just came out with their new Momentum Cold Air Intake System for the C7 that has shown great results (+18whp/+22wtq) and offered it at a group-buy price below dealer-cost, plus threw in a 2nd filter and cleaning kit for me.
I'm unsure when I want to install it, and which filter to use first. I'm leaning towards the Pro5R (blue oiled cotton filter) first then the ProDryS (white dry synthetic filter) once the 5R gets dirty and needs a cleaning.

It's tough to tell from the pictures, but the filters are HUGE! This is probably the nicest intake kit I've ever seen for a car, you can definitely tell a lot of engineering and R&D went into the design of it.

Intake is not yet installed. I have a club cruise then a roadtrip coming up within the next few weeks and I want to do them both in stock form so I can get a really good feel for the car before changing anything.

I've yet to hear of anyone breaking the car due to track use yet. Hell, even the stock clutch seems to be very stout! For track use you will definitely want the Z51 package for, if nothing else, the extra cooling capacity.
It's in good hands so don't be sad! Shawn is a great guy and knows how to treat a car.
Woo woo! LG is good people. I'm excited that they'll have their AWD dyno running shortly. We should get NTEC to go help break it in. I'm sure they'd let you bring your new toy, too.

Below are my baseline results from yesterday. Bone stock, 7k miles:

386whp/406wtq
WHP is just a touch lower than I was expecting, but WTQ is about what I figured. For comparison, stock C7's are putting down 410-420whp on Dynojets.
