Track video from Buttonwillow Raceway Park running the 25A CCW configuration with SCCA for the first time.

Fun times, even in 100*F weather. o_O

Nice job out there Noah. The M3 certainly has a nice exhaust note

When I had my evo I was close to buying a CAE, but I didn't have the ***** to cut-up or remove the plastic bezel at the base of the shifter.

haha, when I was considering buying an evo again a couple months ago, the CAE shifter was one of the strongest reasons

Nice job out there Noah. Tearing up BW. Car sounds great & your track skills have improved, noting a new PB.

Looking smooth

I love my CAE. Hands down my favorite part I've ever put on any car I've owned. Not sure if people just don't know that they make it for the evo or not but I'm surprised more people don't have one.

Looks like a nice solid build OP, I've got a handful of friends who are bimmer nuts. I used to have a 135i, was an awesome car and the N54 is a killer engine. Maybe I'll get another one day, they're really coming down in price.

Thanks, Joe! Still working on it. I was at BW last Sunday and the day wasn't quite as awesome but any seat time is good seat time!

The CAE is pretty awesome for sure, just the price is the only reason I never shelled out the money for one. I was too busy dropping that $1k on power mods. I wish there were more of them out there so used ones would start turning up more often. Oh well, so it goes.

Thanks, dude! Learning a lot with this car and I really like that it doesn't punish you for making mistakes.

That turbo I6 is crazy. People making insane power with just a tune and a DP. I do love the N/A for track use, but the power really helps shave off some time.

I think when I can't get any faster in this car (if that day ever comes, I'm not killing it like I wanna) I might do an S54 swap and fender flares to fit some 18x10.5 wheels.

First time back to Thill since 2016 and first time in the E36M. A friend that lives in Reno has been bugging me to hang out and track again, so we met up at Thunderhill for the weekend. Had a great weekend with friends and chasing down much faster cars. Also set a new PB for this configuration.

Had a great weekend last weekend. Set two new PBs. Lots of room still on the table.

Quest for sub 2:00 continues.
