Ford New 7.3L v8 with pushrods
Deep Skirt Y-block with 6-bolt cross-bolted mains with Port Fuel Injection only.
Ford emphasized it's built for durability and even have some features they would used in FI engines. Those cast stainless steel headers look like some of the old SS Dodge manifolds.
Talking to Joel Beltramo the Ford Engineering manager for the 7.3L v8
Ford also says there are three service duties of 10 spd autos. They said the lightest duty 10spd is in the Mustang, medium duty 10spd in the F150s, and a new "heaviest duty" 10spd trans in the upcoming SD trucks.
They also said it's a very narrow engine. I wonder how much it weighs..
I think this is Ford responding to their client, fleets and work, that they need ultimate reliability and ease and low-cost of servicing.
Overall SD video with more powertrain and Trans information.

Why Ford Made a New 7.3-Liter Gas Pushrod V8 in 2019
A new overhead-valve 7.3-liter V8 seems totally backwards in 2019, but a Ford engineer explained to us why the Super Duty's new motor makes perfect sensehttps://www.roadandtrack.com/new-car...details-specs/
