2. get rid of the verdicts and get some gold or bronze rims. ssr/volks/oz's
3. kit it
4.turbo
5. evo 6 wing
or if you dont have the $$$ get some blue LED windshield washer lights

you should lower it at least 1.5" +
add front lip, Evo 4 side skirts or other side skirts, replace the grille with the ralliart style one & rear apron or lip for the rear
I would go with 16" rims /w205/50/16 front & 205/45/16 rear
wingless or just rear roof spoiler
or might be mudflaps & evo hood if you have money!

i would turbo anytime but its hard to find a turbo for a 1.6L engine, so we (friends) were still thinking and i knw its possible to place a 4g63 1rst gen eclipse engine...soo that could be enough for now, then where gonna get serious....
